Middelfart Sogn est une communauté paroissiale dans la ville de Middelfart sur les rives de Snævringen dans le sud du Danemark. Jusqu'en 1970, elle faisait partie de la Harde Vends Herred dans l'ancien Amt d'Odense, puis de la commune de Middelfart dans l'Amt de Fyn, qui a été intégrée dans la « nouvelle » commune de Middelfart dans la région de Syddanmark suite à la réforme communale du 1er janvier 2007.
