La mairie de Saint-Sébastien est l'institution qui gouverne la commune de Saint-Sébastien. Ses bureaux sont situés dans l'ancien Casino de la ville, près de la baie de La Concha.
Le bâtiment a été construit en 1887 dans les jardins d'Alderdi-Eder de Saint-Sébastien. À son inauguration, la reine Marie-Christine d'Autriche était présente pour la première fois. Il est proche du Real Club Náutico. Il a fermé en tant que casino en raison de l'interdiction du jeu en 1924.
