Le despouillé de Santa Cruz de Rodes est situé près du monastère de San Pedro de Roda, dans la municipalité de Puerto de la Selva, dans la région catalane de l'Alto Ampurdán, dans la province de Gérone.
C'est un noyau de population abandonné et en ruines. On a des nouvelles de cet endroit grâce à son église paroissiale de Sainte-Hélène de Rodes, dont on a des nouvelles depuis l'an 974.
