La cathédrale de Teruel est le principal édifice catholique de la ville de Teruel, dans la communauté autonome d'Aragon en Espagne. Elle est un exemple notable de l'architecture mudéjare. Elle fait partie de la liste du patrimoine mondial depuis 1986.
La cathédrale tient ses origines dans la fondation de la ville par Alphonse II d'Aragon qui a ordonné la construction d'une église dédiée à Sainte-Marie de Mediavilla, dans le style roman.
