La Mola est la montagne la plus haute du parc naturel de Sant Llorenç del Munt i l'Obac avec 1104 mètres d'altitude [1] et est l'un des éléments caractéristiques du paysage dans toute la comarca.
Au sommet se trouve le monastère roman de Sant Llorenç de Munt, actuellement reconverti en musée.
