L'immeuble Ferrer est au numéro 29 de la rue de Ciril Amorós dans le quartier de l'Eixample, ville de Valence, dans le tissu échiquéen du premier Eixample, développé à partir du Projet d'Eixample pour la ville de Valence de l'année 1884. Le projet de l'immeuble est l'œuvre de l'architecte Vicent Ferrer Pérez, rédigé en avril 1907 et construit l'année suivante. La commande de l'immeuble a été faite par son père, pour la résidence de sa famille, de sorte qu'un des logements serait pour l'auteur lui-même.
