L'archidiocèse de Madrid est une circonscription ecclésiastique de l’Église catholique en Espagne. De création récente, et détaché de l'archidiocèse de Tolède en 1885, le diocèse de Madrid est érigé en archidiocèse en 1964. Il est métropolitain depuis 1991.
Par la bulle Romanorum Pontificum du 25 mars 1964, le pape Paul VI élève le diocèse au rang d'archidiocèse et lui confère le nom d'archidiocèse de Madrid.
