La comarque d'Alcalá ou comarque complutense est une comarque historique castillane située à l'est de la Communauté de Madrid, en Espagne. Sa capitale est Alcalá de Henares. Officiellement la Communauté de Madrid n'a défini aucune comarque, cependant, divers organismes de l'administration de la communauté autonome ont défini plusieurs comarques selon différents critères.
