La maison Gallart Vell est située à Santa Coloma de Farners et fait partie de l'inventaire du patrimoine architectural de Catalogne.
Maison de deux étages, avec des pentes latérales, couverte de tuiles arabes et de corniches catalanes. Les ouvertures sont rectangulaires avec linteau, jambages et alpinito en pierre monolithique. L'entrée principale, située au centre, possède un linteau rectangulaire en pierre, comme la plupart des ouvertures. Sur la fenêtre de droite se trouve l'inscription de l'année 1635. Sur le côté gauche, il y a une extension sous forme d'anciens abris qui abritent actuellement un bar. La porte d'entrée est dotée d'un arc surbaissé et de jambages en pierre, avec l'inscription de 1856.
