Fraga est une ville d'Espagne située à l'extrémité sud-est de la province de Huesca, dans la communauté autonome d'Aragon, sur la rive gauche de la Cinca. Elle est le chef-lieu de la comarque de Bajo Cinca .
Administrativement, la localité se trouve à l'est de l'Aragon dans la comarque de la Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca. Fraga se trouve à 104 km de Huesca, à 115 km de Saragosse et à 25 km de Lérida.
