La Casa Zapata est un bâtiment moderniste conçu par l'architecte Víctor Beltrí en 1909, situé sur la place d'Espagne dans la ville espagnole de Carthagène.
Le bâtiment présente une claire inspiration gothique, qui était très courante en Catalogne à l'époque. De plus, il a une influence gaudiste, que l'on peut constater dans la tentative de Víctor Beltrí de fusionner nature et architecture à travers un jardin luxuriant qui entourait le bâtiment, dont il reste aujourd'hui peu sans modification.
