Le Haut Guadalentín ou, depuis 2007, la Comarque de Lorca est une comarque de la Région de Murcie, dont la capitale est Lorca, qui doit son nom à sa situation dans la partie haute du fleuve Guadalentín, précédemment appelé Campo de Lorca, incluant Mazarrón.
La comarque s'étend sur un total de 2072 km², un territoire très vaste à l'ouest de la province de Murcie. Ici coexistent des villages, des paysages côtiers et intérieurs, des plaines et des montagnes, des vergers et des friches, des forêts et des versants arides. À tel point qu'elle semble être une petite province dans une autre.
