Valhermosa de Valdivielso est une localité et une Entité Locale Moins située dans la province de Burgos, communauté autonome de Castille et León, comarca de Las Merindades, tribunal de Villarcayo, municipalité de Merindad de Valdivielso.
Elle se trouve à 67 km au nord de Burgos, et à 20 km de Villarcayo, au cœur de la vallée de Valdivielso,[1] flanquée par la Sierra de la Tesla et le fleuve Ebro.
On y accède par la route locale BU-V-5314, entre les localités d'Arroyo et Hoz. Cette voie communique avec la nationale N-232 de Cabañas de Virtus à Oña.
