Son Ferriol est un village et un quartier de la municipalité de Palma, à Majorque.
Il est situé à 6 km du centre de Palma, dans le district de Llevant, entre Sa Creu Vermella et Son Banya. À l'extrême nord-est de ce village, on peut trouver le noyau de S'Hostalot.
L'agriculture et l'élevage étaient les principales sources de richesse de la zone de Sant Jordi et s'Horta. Sur la carte de 1785 du cardinal Despuig, figurent les possessions de Son Ferriol, qui est déjà documentée en 1713.
