Trizay est une commune du sud-ouest de la France, située dans le département de la Charente-Maritime .
Ses habitants sont appelés les Trizayens et les Trizayennes. Cette petite commune du val d'Arnoult, dont l'économie a longtemps presque exclusivement dépendu du maraîchage et de l'exploitation de carrières de pierres, est aujourd'hui tournée vers les activités touristiques.
