La Chapelle-Bouëxic est une commune française située dans le département d'Ille-et-Vilaine en Région Bretagne. Elle fait partie de Vallons de Haute-Bretagne Communauté.Lors de travaux dans le village, des substructions et tranchées furent découvertes ; des tegulae et des tessons de céramiques communes ont été collectés. L'ensemble est interprété comme une partie d'un ensemble agricole gallo-romain. Un puits gallo-romain, contenant des tegulae, des pierres et des outils en bois, a également été découvert, non loin de l'édifice précité.
