Thouarcé est une ancienne commune française située dans le département de Maine-et-Loire, en région Pays de la Loire, devenue le 1er janvier 2016, une commune déléguée de la commune nouvelle de Bellevigne-en-Layon.
Située dans la vallée du Layon, cette petite ville se trouve au sud d’Angers et de la Loire . Son territoire est essentiellement rural, et jusqu'en 1791, comprenait celui de Champ-sur-Layon.
