Grésy-sur-Aix, localement nommée Grésy, est une commune française située dans le département de la Savoie en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.Établie sur les premiers contreforts des Préalpes, et plus particulièrement en bordure du massif des Bauges, la commune n'a cessé d'accroître son nombre d'habitants depuis le milieu du XXe siècle. La commune est située à quelques kilomètres d'Aix-les-Bains, deuxième plus grande commune du département. Le lac du Bourget est situé, lui aussi, à seulement quelques kilomètres, et peut être vu depuis certains points hauts de la commune.
