Monterblanc [mɔ̃tɛʁblɑ̃] est une commune française située dans le canton d'Elven et le département du Morbihan, en région Bretagne.La première mention historique du bourg pourrait être Budwere, selon une mention du cartulaire de RedonAttesté sous les formes Monsterblanc en 1455 , puis Moustoerblanc au 16e siècle.
