A Herzeele, tous les dimanches, les orgues mènent la danse. Trois superbes limonaires restaurés ont, en effet, été installés au café des orgues. Créés entre 1912 et 1939, ces orgues de Barbarie signés du maître Mortier animaient autrefois les fêtes foraines. Entièrement sculptés et décorés, ils égrènent aujourd’hui tour à tour valses, musettes, polkas ou tangos... Ambiance de flonflons assurée, entre bal populaire, ducasse et carnaval flamand.
