C'est à la fois parce qu'ils aiment danser et pour ne pas perdre leur licence IV que Monique Bailleul et son mari ont décidé en 1980 d'ouvrir un estaminet-guinguette dans leur ferme où le cheval a toujours été roi. Aujourd'hui, on va à l'Etrier pour guincher, bien manger et passer un bon moment dans un cadre traditionnel. Chaque année, le 7 août, la ferme organise une fête à l'ancienne aux thèmes variés.
