Saint-Georges-sur-Eure est une commune française située dans le département d'Eure-et-Loir en région Centre-Val de Loire.
Provenant du nord-ouest par Saint-Luperce, la rivière l'Eure, affluent en rive gauche du fleuve la Seine, traverse le sud de Saint-Georges pour couler ensuite entre les communes de Nogent-sur-Eure et Fontenay-sur-Eure.
