Située dans la vallée de la Noye, La Faloise est un village picard desservi par la route départementale 193, à mi-chemin entre les bourgs d'Ailly-sur-Noye et de Breteuil . Elle est à environ 25 km au sud d'Amiens, et à 112 km au nord de Paris, sur le tracé de la Méridienne Verte.Le territoire de la commune est composé de la vallée de la Noye et du plateau qui l'entoure. Le village est édifié à flanc de coteau.
