Implanté sur une terre au riche passé protestant (la réforme est arrivée en Thiérache vers 1525), le temple date de 1858. Il offre au regard du visiteur une architecture dépouillée et un aménagement intérieur très sobre.
Une bible ouverte rappelle que sa lecture est au centre de la foi protestante. La communauté locale y célèbre un culte 2 dimanches par mois. En face, un cimetière toujours utilisé regroupe les tombes de la communauté. Une borne interactive a été installée et vous fera découvrir l'histoire du protestantisme.
