La domerie d'Aubrac, également hôpital d'Aubrac, est un ancien monastère français situé sur le haut-plateau d'Aubrac dans le village d'Aubrac, dans le département de l'Aveyron en région Occitanie.
Fondée entre 1108 et 1125 par l'abbaye de Conques à l'initiative d'Adalard, grand personnage flamand, elle échappe rapidement au contrôle du monastère rouergat et devient au cours des siècles suivants un acteur politique et économique de premier plan dans la région. Outre sa fonction d'accueil des malades et des indigents, l'hôpital est une étape importante sur la via Podiensis, un des chemins de Compostelle. Les religieux sont dépossédés de leur biens en 1791, au cours de la Révolution française. Le monastère est abandonné et la plupart de ses bâtiments disparaissent pendant les décennies qui suivent.
