Le fort de Bregille, ou fort Bregille , est une fortification militaire située à 446 mètres d'altitude au sommet de la colline de Bregille, à Besançon. Construit de 1820 à 1832, ce fort occupe un site stratégique du quartier de Bregille surplombant et protégeant, avec le fort Beauregard, la vieille ville de Besançon auparavant vulnérable. Il remplace un ouvrage militaire en terre établi à la fin du XVIIIe siècle, et jugé obsolète notamment à cause de sa prise par l'ennemi en 1814.
