Le port autonome de Strasbourg est un port fluvial basant son activité sur le Rhin. Il est le deuxième port fluvial de France après le Port autonome de Paris et le deuxième port rhénan après Duisbourg.
Son statut est celui d'un établissement public à caractère administratif dont la tutelle de l’État est exercée par la Direction générale des infrastructures, des transports et de la mer du Ministère de la Transition écologique et solidaire. Il est cogéré par la ville de Strasbourg.
