L’École nationale d'administration est une grande école d'application française située à Strasbourg et créée en 1945 pour démocratiser l'accès à la haute fonction publique de l'État grâce à des concours. Elle est chargée aujourd'hui d'assurer la sélection et la formation initiale et continue des hauts fonctionnaires de l'État.
L'école accueille chaque année à Strasbourg 80 à 100 élèves en formation initiale auxquels il faut ajouter un tiers d'étrangers, une soixantaine d'élèves de masters et mastère spécialisé ainsi qu'une centaine d'élèves étrangers dans le cadre des cycles internationaux. À ces promotions, il faut ajouter des sessions courtes de formation continue à Paris et à Strasbourg pour des fonctionnaires français et étrangers, soit presque 11 000 personnes par an.
