Depuis 1873, l'hôtel restaurant Euzkadi appartient à la même famille. D'une auberge réputée grâce aux grands marchés qui se tenaient tous les mercredis à Espelette, l'hôtel restaurant s'est transformé avec les différentes générations pour aujourd'hui compter 27 chambres, une grande salle de restaurant, un bar, une cave, un parking privé.
Aujourd'hui la 5ème génération de la famille a le souhait constant d'allier traditions et modernité. Respectueuse de la transmission, de notre territoire, de notre terroir. Fière de porter et transmettre l'héritage familial.
En 2023, la maison à fêté ses 150 ans !
