L'histoire du protestantisme à Bergerac commence avec l'apparition de cette religion dans la ville au milieu du XVIe siècle, dans le cadre du mouvement européen de Réforme protestante qui traverse notamment le sud de la France. De nos jours, cette communauté religieuse demeure et se réunit dans le temple protestant de Bergerac, lieu de culte situé place du docteur Cayla à Bergerac. La paroisse est rattachée à l'Église protestante unie de France.
