L'abbaye Saint-Léonard était une abbaye de bénédictines établie à Guînes, dans le département du Pas-de-Calais.
L'abbaye de Saint-Léonard de Guînes a été fondée en 1117 en l'honneur de la Sainte-Trinité et de saint Léonard par Manassès, comte de Guînes et son épouse Emma , fille de Guillaume d'Arques. L'abbaye se situe dans le faubourg de Guînes.
