Le Tribunal de Paris est un palais de justice situé porte de Clichy dans le 17e arrondissement de Paris. C’est le siège du tribunal judiciaire de Paris depuis 2018 ; cette juridiction était installée auparavant au palais de justice de l’île de la Cité et en divers lieux annexes.
Le gratte-ciel comporte en tout 120 000 m2 de surface nette dont 20 000 m2 d'espaces publics, notamment les 90 salles d'audience , 30 000 m2 d'espaces tertiaires et 3 000 m2 d'espaces sécurisés. L'immeuble a 38 étages.
