Philippe Thomann, peintre et potier, formé par les meilleurs artisans de Betchdorf et de Soufflenheim, exerce son métier depuis 1984 à Kaysersberg, secondé par sa sœur Hélène, potière-décoratrice. Il fabrique à la main toutes sortes de bocaux alimentaires dont les formes, les couleurs et les décors changent constamment.
