A l'entrée de Saint-Justin, au bout de l'allée longeant les premières vignes du Bas Armagnac, une étonnante bergerie abrite le chai et un petit Musée du Paysan rassemblant d'anciens outils de viticulture. A l'ombre de l'airial de chênes, la ferme est une grande bâtisse de pierre apparente. Deux chambres spacieuses avec 2 grands lits, partagent une salle d'eau commune et offrent le charme des maisons de famille donnant sur le potager, cultivé avec soin. Une grande pièce à vivre avec salon télé et salle à manger promet des instants de convivialité, une occasion d'échanges avec des viticulteurs passionnés par leur métier.
