C'est dans une ancienne menuiserie que Dimitri Morin crée une micro brasserie devenue un lieu de rendez-vous pour les amateurs de bières. L'activité de la brasserie est la fabrication de bières artisanales de haute fermentation, non filtrées, re-fermentées en bouteilles.
