Ce petit édifice en grès a été construit en 1895, de style néo-gothique.
La courte nef est séparée du chœur à 5 pans par un arc triomphal brisé, fermé par une grille.
La nef et le chœur sont voûtés d'ogives.
Dans la nef, une vieille croix en grès est adossée à un mur. Un artiste a peint récemment au plafond des motifs végétaux présentant des fleurs.
Dans le chœur, la statue de la Vierge Marie trône dans une niche au dessus de l'autel. Elle est encadrée par une statue de saint Jean et une statue de saint Antoine de Padoue.
