Le jardin-forêt les blaireautins est un lieu d’agriculture biologique sur petite surface et de transmission de savoir-faire agroécologiques. Le jardin au cœur du projet fait 2 500 m2. Espace à la fois productif et refuge pour la vie sauvage, le lieu a pour vocation l’essaimage de jardins-forêts partout en France. Il est ouvert au public sur rendez-vous de mai à novembre et organise des ateliers pédagogiques en toutes saisons (pratique de la faux, taille douce des arbres fruitiers, concevoir et entretenir son jardin-forêt, …) . Une production diversifiée et certifiée en agriculture biologique est proposée en vente directe sur place et sur des foires et points de ventes locaux. Un peu plus loin, 2 hectares de friches et de prairies seront ouverts au public prochainement : jardin-forêt à grande échelle, parcours vie sauvage et environnement, savoir-faire bocagers.
