Sur la petite route qui serpente en direction du point culminant des Monts d'Ambazac, au coeur du hameau de Noueix, le gîte ouvre, côté sud, sur une cour close avec terrasse couverte et sur l'arrière un espace en herbe et terrasse clos. En face du gîte un grand terrain clos avec parking privé et terrain de pétanque (15x4). Au départ du hameau un sentier de randonnée permet de rejoindre La Jonchère, la Roche Branlante ou Notre Dame de Sauvagnac. Dans la grange attenante une grande salle avec poêle à bois est équipée de ping pong, baby foot et divers jeux de société.
