Pas très loin de la côte et dans un lieu qui reste préservé, nous fabriquons du fromage Bio Ossau-Iraty avec notre troupeau de Manech têtes rousses et têtes noires. Nos brebis sont essentiellement nourries par des aliments issus de la ferme (herbe, foin et regain et maïs), nous achetons des protéines pour compléter la ration.
