Niet ver van de kust en op een plek die bewaard is gebleven, maken wij biologische Ossau-Iraty-kaas met onze kudde rode en zwarte Manech-koppen. Onze ooien worden hoofdzakelijk gevoerd met voer van de boerderij (gras, hooi en regain en maïs), we kopen eiwitten om het rantsoen aan te vullen.
