Le gîte est à 5 km du bourg d'Ars, à 4 km de Lavaveix-les-Mines (tous commerces). Dans les environs du gîte, petits et grands pourront découvrir l'exploitation agricole en compagnie de la fille des propriétaires, sans oublier les nombreux chemins propices aux balades. Randonnée à Saint Martial le Mont : circuit de 13 km à la découverte de l'église de Saint Martial le Mont (n°31) mais aussi accès à un somptueux panorama sur la vallée de la Creuse et ses alentours.
