Un sentier magnifiquement restauré autour du château . Les douves ont été ré-arrosées et le pont-levis a été reconstruit.
Le château comtal fut construit en même temps que les remparts et constituait le centre du système défensif médiéval. Comme les remparts, ces douves font partie des défenses de l'édifice.
Dans ce fossé rempli d'eau, nous découvrons une faune et une flore exceptionnellement riches !
