Woodbury est un village et une paroisse civile dans l'East Devon dans le comté anglais de Devon, à 7 miles au sud-est de la ville d'Exeter. Au recensement de 2011, le village comptait une population de 1 605 habitants et la paroisse avait une population de 3 466 habitants. Il est situé sur la rive est de l'estuaire de l'Exe, a des frontières - dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre depuis l'estuaire - avec le district d'Exeter, puis les paroisses de Clyst St George, Clyst St Mary, Farringdon, Colaton Raleigh, Bicton et Lympstone. Woodbury fait partie de l'unité électorale de Woodbury et Lympstone dont la population au recensement de 2011 était de 5 260 habitants.
