Dolgarrog est un village et une communauté dans le borough de Conwy, au pays de Galles, situé entre Llanrwst et Conwy, très proche de la rivière Conwy. Le village est bien connu pour son histoire industrielle depuis le XVIIIe siècle et le désastre du barrage d'Eigiau, qui a eu lieu en 1925. La population était de 414 lors du recensement de 2001, augmentant à 446 lors du recensement de 2011. La communauté s'étend jusqu'à, et comprend une partie de, Llyn Cowlyd dans les Carneddau.
