Cuckmere Valley est une paroisse civile dans le district de Wealden dans l'East Sussex, en Angleterre. Comme son nom l'indique, la paroisse se compose d'un certain nombre de petites localités dans les cours inférieurs de la rivière Cuckmere.
Il y a trois villages dans la vallée de Cuckmere : Litlington, Lullington et Westdean. Des vestiges archéologiques plus près de la côte à Exceat suggèrent un autre établissement là-bas autrefois.
