La Valle di Cuckmere è una parrocchia civile nel Distretto di Wealden dell'East Sussex, Inghilterra. Come suggerisce il suo nome, la parrocchia è composta da un numero di piccoli insediamenti nei corsi inferiori del fiume Cuckmere.
Ci sono tre villaggi all'interno della Valle di Cuckmere: Litlington, Lullington e Westdean. I resti archeologici più vicini alla costa a Exceat suggeriscono un ulteriore insediamento lì in tempi antichi.
