Preshute est une paroisse civile immédiatement à l'ouest et au nord-ouest de Marlborough dans le Wiltshire, en Angleterre. Contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait attendre pour une paroisse du Wiltshire, elle ne tire pas son nom d'une ville ou d'un village. La population au recensement de 2011 était de 193.
La rivière Kennet et la route A4 traversent la paroisse ; la limite entre Marlborough et Preshute se situe au-delà de Manton, à environ 1,3 mile le long de l'A4 depuis le centre de Marlborough.
