Burghclere est un village et une paroisse civile dans le Hampshire, en Angleterre. Selon le recensement de 2011, le village avait une population de 1 152 habitants. Le village est près de la frontière du Hampshire avec le Berkshire, à quatre miles au sud de Newbury. Il est également très proche de Newtown et d'Old Burghclere.
Des œuvres de l'artiste du XXe siècle Stanley Spencer se trouvent dans la chapelle commémorative Sandham. L'église de l'Ascension se situe sur Church Lane à Burghclere.
