Greenhead est un village dans le Northumberland, en Angleterre. Le village est situé sur la Military Road, à environ 17 miles de Chollerford, 3 miles de Haltwhistle et 9 miles de Brampton, Cumbria le long de la route A69. La A69 contourne le village, mais jusqu'aux années 1980, tout le trafic routier passait par celui-ci. Le village se trouve juste à l'extérieur du parc national de Northumberland, près du mur d'Hadrien. Juste au nord du village se trouve le château de Thirlwall, datant du 12ème siècle, récemment restauré et ouvert au public. Les villages voisins incluent Upper Denton et Haltwhistle.
