Greenhead es un pueblo en Northumberland, Inglaterra. El pueblo se encuentra en la Carretera Militar, a unas 17 millas de Chollerford, 3 millas de Haltwhistle y 9 millas de Brampton, Cumbria, a lo largo de la carretera A69. La A69 elude el pueblo, pero hasta la década de 1980 todo el tráfico vehicular pasaba a través de él. El pueblo se sitúa justo fuera del Parque Nacional de Northumberland, cerca del Muro de Adriano. Justo al norte del pueblo se encuentra el Castillo de Thirlwall del siglo XII, recientemente restaurado y abierto al público. Los pueblos cercanos incluyen Upper Denton y Haltwhistle.
